Trisha is a very feminine girl. She has been taking hormones since she was young. One thing I find very funny about the Philippines is that all of the girls refer to themselves as he and gay. They will say " I am a gay" when you ask if they are a transsexual. It is strange but cultural. Just one of those quirky thing you learn the more you travel.
