Minami is from the northern Japanese Island of Hokkaido. People of this island have a different look than most of Japan, owing to the fact that is has been conquered by Russia, China, and Japan over the last few hundred years. There is an indigenous people on this Island that still exist. They are famous for their beautiful green eyes. People from Hokkaido tend to be taller and have lighter skin.
